Location
In the Riu Resort in Punta Cana, right on the fabulous beach of Arena Gorda, one of the most beautiful places in the Dominican Republic. Set amidst shady palm trees and crystalline waters that are strewn with corals, it is an ideal place for enjoying the best of the Caribbean. The ClubHotel offers
The recently opened Riu Bambú with all the best entertainment and fun of a ClubHotel and all the advantages of the convenient All Inclusive system. Its modern facilities include a reception (credit cards accepted), a cabaret bar and "La Plaza" bar, air-conditioned dining room with no smoking section, and boutique. In the grounds, there is a magnificent fresh water swimming pool, children’s swimming pool and terraces with loungers, sun umbrellas, towels, all free, and a lively aquatic bar where you can keep cool to the sound of the Caribbean rhythm. 500m away there is the ‘’Caribbean street’’ with souvenir shop, boutique, games room, medical service, jeweler´s, photography shop, pizzeria (incl.), gymnasium, massage parlour, hairdresser´s and the "Pacha" discothèque.

Rooms
560 in all. The comfortable rooms, all of which have the possibility of a third bed, have full bathroom, telephone, satellite TV, central air conditioning, ceiling fan, liqueur dispenser, mini-bar, safe deposit box, and balcony or terrace. The elegant suites are larger and include a sitting area.

Sports
The ideal holiday for getting into shape: during your stay, you can, at no extra cost, enjoy our 2 floodlit tennis courts, table tennis, jacuzzi and gymnasium and go wind-surfing and sailing on the beach. Furthermore, at a fee, the ClubHotel offers you the possibility of spoiling yourself in the beauty parlour or with massages, or of going water-skiing or scuba diving. There is a golf course 12 kms away, and, in the vicinity, horse riding and billiards.

Entertainment
You will always find a friendly hand in the Riu Bambú, inviting you to join in with the fun. Daily, daytime entertainment and sports for adults. Night time shows every day. Live music several days a week. Furthermore you can enjoy Caribbean nights in the "Pacha" discothèque.

Children
Swimming pool, children’s playground. Every day, entertainment for children from 4 to 14 years of age. Baby sitting service, upon prior request and at an extra cost.

All inclusive
Full Board. Breakfast buffet including wholemeal products, on the spot cooking and/or continental breakfast/snack. At midday, hot or cold buffet, some main dishes prepared, in front of the guests. Dinner consists of excellent buffets, accompaniedby dishes prepared directly in the restaurant, by our chefs. Special theme buffet twice a week and possibility of an alternative dinner. Night time snack. All national alcoholic and soft drinks taken in the bars and restaurants of the hotel, the restocking of the mini-bar, the safe, the entrance to the Riu Palace Macao Casino and the Pacha discothèque (excl. special nights), the entry to and the drinks taken in the anfitheatre Copacabana, as well as the sports and entertainment opportunities described above, are included in the basic price.
