When calling outside the U.S., dial (954) 427-5488 and follow the voice instructions to reach the reservations department. You may also fax us at (954) 427-7481. Upon Arrival… As a CLUB VIP member you will enjoy pre check-in. There’s no waiting, proceed to the VIP counter where your room arrival package will be waiting. Dining & Entertainment… Depending on your CLUB VIP level, you may receive up to 10% off on food and beverage. With each level your benefits will increase dramatically! VIP Card Please present your personal VIP card at check=in. This will alert our front desk personnel that you are a VIP guest. Membership privileges expire at the end of the 24th month from your previous stay. Benefits are not combinable with any other package promotions other than VIP promotions.
